Multi-model code review for completed tickets
A model that drove the full implementation can retain the same blind spots. crosscheck creates a project-local, independent review record for a completed ticket to expose design omissions, implementation drift and verification gaps.
Complete the source ticket before independent review
crosscheck reviews completed tickets and does not replace review, deepcheck or audit in the main flow. Without an explicit ticket it uses the ticket bound to the current session; it can also resolve ownership from a supplied ticket path.
Switch the model in your host
ICODE has no --model option and never changes models automatically. Switch to another AI agent, or switch models in the same agent, then run /icode crosscheck.
Keep the review zero-write
The review reads ticket design, source changes and verification evidence, but does not change the original ticket history or product code. Findings distinguish required fixes, optional improvements, missing evidence and no-change recommendations.
Repeat reviews with traceable rounds
Run crosscheck again after later changes to the source ticket. Every round remains separate under the project's .icode_output/.crosscheck directory and records the ticket relationship and round boundary.
